Presnell Plantation has a comprehensive beef production facility with purebred, cow/ calf and cattle development facilities that allow us to utilize the latest technologies with time proven common sense animal husbandry. This is also where the proof of the rigorous, state- of-the-art management practices and unparalleled genetics have produced highly sought after, elite cattle that exceed industry standards and were developed on our operation.

Prenell Land & Lodge understands that in order to efficiently market protein we must first be forage and feed managers to ensure we have the correct mix of grasses and legumes and produce these in volumes that are profitable and cost effective. To this end we will evaluate with our clients their soil quality, variety choices and fertilization programs to develop the most beneficial pasture and hay program for their livestock business.

The nutritional program can be a challenge when producers consider the cost of feedstuffs, we review the rations and the dietary needs of the livestock owned by our clients. Development of a nutritional program that is efficient and yields increased gains is implemented in a close partnership of our clientele for their specific facilities and desired goals.

We have a tremendous amount of livestock marketing experience and are well recognized throughout the industry for our knowledge in genetics, artificial insemination, embryo transfer, source verification, production, nutrition as well as sale management and sales representation for the needs of our customers and their unique livestock operations.
